For more than 15 years, I have specialized in issues related to the protection of intellectual property rights.  As an experienced lawyer, I have repeatedly litigated cases involving trademarks, patents and industrial designs, appearing before civil and administrative courts.  On many occasions I have represented clients in litigation before the Polish Patent Office and the European Union Intellectual Property Office, both defending the rights of clients and fighting the rights of their market competitors.

It is always with commitment and pleasure that I advise Polish and foreign entrepreneurs, creators and institutions on managing their IP rights portfolios, including optimal use of their rights and protection against infringements.  An important aspect of my work is attention to maintaining the rules of fair competition and strategic planning, in accordance with the needs and interests of the client.

I effectively support clients in the comprehensive management of their IP portfolio, reliably fulfilling the tasks undertaken. I prepare, among other things, legal opinions and analyses, take part in negotiations and mediations, draw up all kinds of agreements securing the rights of clients, and advise on planning the optimal commercialization of assets owned by the entrepreneur.

In dealing with clients, I find it important to be responsible, open, mutually trusting and understanding of the needs of the clients. I am of the opinion that through cooperation and transparent communication, we experts are able to professionally support clients in conducting business.As a result we manage to reach the effective protection of the intellectual property rights, secure their proper use on the market, prevent any infringements, and if needed – combat unfair practices of other entrepreneurs in courts.

What I immensely value in my work is an individual approach to the clients in order to understand their needs, as well as establishing a proper communication to cooperate closely on every aspect of a particular case.

I adhere to the principle that the theory is only what supports my work as a lawyer and expert, but it is the practical approach to any issue that gives the effect that entrepreneurs expect.
